Motivating Potential

The Job Diagnostic Survey (JDS) was developed by Hackman & Oldham (1974), and is one of the most commonly used instruments for assessing the Motivating Potential Score of a job (the MPS, a 0-1000 score). The instrument measures five dimensions; skill variety, task significance, task identity, autonomy and feedback. This is the revised version (Idaszak & Drasgow, 1987).

Team Morale

This metric tells you how morale is in your team. Team morale is a more stable, reliable metric than team happiness. It is a modified version of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) by Wilmar Schaufeli and Arnold Bakker, a psychometrically validated and reliable metric to assess work and well-being.
